Clinical Service Manager – Outpatients

Key Responsibilities:
As a Clinical Service Manager – Outpatients, you will be responsible for strategically planning and managing the clinical services, ensuring the day-to-day organization and management of clinical departments. You will provide clear direction and leadership to all clinical staff, supporting the initiatives of the hospital and taking responsibility for leading the department under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Evidence of relevant professional development, both clinically and managerially, preferably evidenced by certification as a Registered Nurse with valid NMC Registration.
- Registered Nurse Level 1 / Diploma / BSc in Nursing Studies.
- Robust understanding of Clinical Governance requirements for the area.
- Up-to-date knowledge in the area of practice.
- Awareness of NMC Code of Accountability.
- Recruitment and selection skills.
