Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team in Milton Keynes. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychology and neuropsychology services to individuals with suspected dementia and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and interventions for individuals with dementia and their carers.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote cognitive and emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Provide consultation and education to non-psychologist colleagues and carers on psychological care and support.
- Work autonomously within professional guidelines and the overall framework of the team's policies and procedures.
- Doctoral level training in clinical psychology, including models of psychopathology, two or more distinct psychological therapies, and lifespan developmental psychology, as accredited by the British Psychological Society.
- Training in clinical psychometrics and neuropsychology.
- Experience of specialist psychological assessment and treatment of clients across various care settings, including outpatient, community, primary care, and inpatient settings.
- Experience of working with older adults with functional illness.
