We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Service Manager to lead our Outpatient Services team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the strategic planning and day-to-day management of our clinical departments, providing clear direction and leadership to all clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities- Strategically plan and manage the clinical services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and achieving CQC standards.
- Lead and manage a team of clinical staff, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to ensure their growth and success.
- Develop and implement business plans, financial management, and cost-effective department services.
- Work collaboratively with the hospital management team to provide clinical leadership and support the initiatives of the hospital.
- Ensure the maintenance of professional standards, adherence to clinical governance requirements, and up-to-date knowledge in area of practice.
- Registered Nurse Level 1 / Diploma / BSc in Nursing Studies.
- Robust understanding of Clinical Governance requirements for the area.
- Up-to-date knowledge in area of practice.
- Awareness of NMC Code of Accountability.
