Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of care assistants during night shifts.

  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure safety compliance.
  • Promote person-centred care for each resident.
  • Support care assistants with training, guidance, and mentorship.
  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure resident care.
  • Promote safeguarding practices to protect vulnerable adults.
  • Ensure the home is compliant with company policies and CQC regulations.

Requirements:
  • VQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Experience working in elderly care and dementia settings.
  • Experience leading a team, particularly during night shifts.
  • Strong knowledge of risk assessments and care plan development.
  • A passion for delivering person-centred care and supporting residents.
