About the Role
  • Job Type:  Full-time

  • Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per annum.

This role involves coordinating care services, managing care teams, and collaborating with the Branch Manager to ensure quality standards are met.

Responsibilities
  • Manage care calls, ensuring efficient service delivery and effective communication.
  • Supervise and develop the care team, focusing on their professional growth and performance.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, considering clients' unique needs and preferences.
  • Comply with CQC regulations, adhering to best practices, and striving for exceptional care standards.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in care coordination or a related field.
  • Familiarity with CQC standards and regulations.
  • Effective communication and team management skills.
  • Capacity to create and implement customized care plans.
