About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to join our Edinburgh office and lead our EIA and impact assessment services. As a key member of our UK-wide team, you will be responsible for developing our portfolio of impact assessment projects in the energy sector and others.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in environmental planning and impact assessment, with experience in renewable energy and energy infrastructure impact assessment. You will be a competent manager and respected project director, with the ability to demonstrate sound leadership competencies and model positive behaviours in accordance with our culture and ethos.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of our EIA and impact assessment services in the Edinburgh office
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Manage and mentor a team of environmental planners
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
