Band 6 Community Mental Health Care Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team in Aberdeen City. As a Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing care for patients with functional and organic illnesses.
This challenging yet rewarding role offers a competitive salary of approximately £43,000 - £53,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus an attractive relocation allowance of up to £8,000. You will have the opportunity to work autonomously and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a clinical caseload with good assessment skills
- Evaluating care and working as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
- Carrying out first referrals in hospital clinics or home settings
The successful candidate will be a Registered Mental Health Nurse with experience in Old Age Psychiatry and Community settings. A car driver with access to a vehicle is also required.
