About the Role:
- Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our partner school in South East London.
This fantastic HLTA opportunity is located in a vibrant area, offering an exciting experience to work with children who require additional support.
You will be working amongst a dedicated team with a strong ethos, providing targeted support to Key Stage 1 and 2 students.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with classroom educators to deliver individualised learning plans and adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of each student
- Foster an inclusive and nurturing learning environment that prioritises the social and emotional well-being of every student
- Actively engage students in stimulating learning activities to promote their participation and enthusiasm for learning
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting, preferably in both Key Stage 1 and 2
- Understanding of special educational needs and the ability to implement effective support strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and stakeholders
Estimated Salary: £120-150 per day
