Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support our Pre-Construction team. As a key member of our office team, you will be responsible for managing diaries, coordinating meetings, and handling a range of business tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle day-to-day queries, correspondence, and internal and external communication
  • Take minutes, book meetings, and manage diaries
  • Compile tender submission documents to suit tender deliverables
  • Manage presentations and marketing aspects, including paper and social media
  • Perform a range of administration duties
Criteria
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to bring the best out of the pre-construction team while drawing on the capability of other colleagues
  • Proficiency in IT skills, including Excel and Word
  • Willingness to work in an office environment, 5 days a week, with no remote working
  • Ability to commute within 40 minutes of the office
