Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled administrator to provide support to our Board Directors and management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing diaries, coordinating meetings, and handling a range of business tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle day-to-day queries, correspondence, and internal and external communication
  • Take minutes, book in meetings, and manage diaries
  • Manage presentations and marketing aspects, including paper and digital materials
  • Perform a general range of administration duties
Requirements
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • IT skills, including Excel and Word
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
About the Role
