Job Title: Mortgage Administrator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Mortgage Administrator to join our team at Connells Group HQ. As a Mortgage Administrator, you will be responsible for progressing mortgage applications through to completion, working closely with solicitors, lenders, and customers to ensure timely and accurate processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Progress Mortgage Applications: Proactively progress individual cases from mortgage application through to completion, ensuring all necessary documentation is obtained and processed efficiently.
- Customer Service: Maintain a positive relationship with customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Mortgage Consultants and other team members to support our sales progression pipeline.
- Workload Management: Prioritize and organize your workload to ensure the best outcome is achieved, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues that may impact the mortgage application process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for customers.
Requirements:
- Communication Skills: Possess strong communication skills, able to effectively communicate with customers, solicitors, lenders, and other stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Be confident in dealing with issues as they arise, finding solutions and progressing the mortgage application to completion.
- Organizational Skills: Work at pace, reviewing data and ensuring information is up to date and accurate.
- Relationship Building: Build relationships quickly, through strong customer service skills with key people.
- Drive and Motivation: Be driven and motivated to manage your own workload and meet deadlines.
