Mortgage Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Administrator to join our dynamic Sales Progression Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for progressing mortgage applications through to completion, ensuring seamless communication with solicitors, lenders, Mortgage Consultants, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively progress individual cases from mortgage application to completion
  • Work collaboratively with the Mortgage Consultants to support their pipelines
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers and Mortgage Consultants
  • Prioritize and organize workload to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Resolve issues promptly to move purchases and re-mortgages forward

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and stakeholders
  • Confidence in dealing with issues and finding solutions to progress mortgage applications
  • Ability to work at pace, reviewing data and ensuring information is up-to-date and accurate
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on building relationships and delivering excellent service
  • Drive and motivation to manage workload and meet deadlines
