Mortgage Administrator Role
We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Administrator to join our Sales Progression Team. As a Mortgage Administrator, you will be responsible for progressing mortgage applications through to completion, contacting solicitors, lenders, Mortgage Consultants, and customers to obtain up-to-date relevant information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively progress individual cases from mortgage application through to completion.
- Work as part of a vibrant team to support Mortgage Consultants' pipelines.
- Maintain a positive relationship with customers and Mortgage Consultants.
- Prioritise and organise your workload to ensure the best outcome is achieved.
- Problem-solve when required to move purchases and re-mortgages along.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, dealing with people over the phone and through emails and letters.
- Confidence to deal with issues as they arise, finding solutions and progressing the mortgage application to completion.
- Ability to work at pace, reviewing data and ensuring information is up to date and accurate.
- Strong customer service skills with key people.
- Driven and motivated to manage your own workload and meet deadlines.
