Mortgage Administrator Role
We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Administrator to join our Sales Progression Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for progressing mortgage applications through to completion, collaborating with solicitors, lenders, Mortgage Consultants, and customers to obtain relevant information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively progress individual cases from mortgage application to completion
- Work collaboratively with the team to support Mortgage Consultants' pipelines
- Maintain positive relationships with customers and Mortgage Consultants
- Prioritize and organize workload to achieve optimal outcomes
- Resolve issues to move purchases and re-mortgages forward
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills for effective phone and email interactions
- Confidence in resolving issues and progressing mortgage applications
- Ability to work at pace, reviewing data, and ensuring accuracy
- Strong customer service skills for building relationships
- Drive and motivation to manage workload and meet deadlines
