Mortgage Administrator Role

We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Administrator to join our Sales Progression Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for progressing mortgage applications through to completion, working closely with solicitors, lenders, Mortgage Consultants, and customers to obtain up-to-date information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively progress individual cases from mortgage application to completion
  • Work collaboratively with the Mortgage Consultants to support their pipelines
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers and Mortgage Consultants
  • Prioritize and organize workload to achieve the best outcome
  • Problem-solve to move purchases and re-mortgages forward

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, dealing with people over the phone and through emails and letters
  • Confidence in dealing with issues as they arise, finding solutions, and progressing the mortgage application to completion
  • Ability to work at pace, reviewing data, and ensuring information is up-to-date and accurate
  • Strong customer service skills to build relationships quickly with key people
  • Drive and motivation to manage workload and meet deadlines
