As a Mortgage Administrator, you will be responsible for progressing mortgage applications through to completion, working closely with solicitors, lenders, Mortgage Consultants, and customers to obtain up-to-date information. You will have strong customer service skills and be confident in dealing with application requirements and resolving any issues that arise. Key responsibilities include proactively progressing individual cases, working as part of a team to support Mortgage Consultants, maintaining positive relationships with customers and Mortgage Consultants, prioritizing and organizing your workload, and problem-solving to move purchases and re-mortgages along. To be successful in this role, you will have strong communication skills, be able to deal with issues as they arise, work at pace, and build relationships quickly.
