Mortgage Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Administrator to join our Sales Progression Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for progressing mortgage applications through to completion, ensuring seamless communication with solicitors, lenders, Mortgage Consultants, and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively manage individual cases from mortgage application to completion.
- Collaborate with Mortgage Consultants to support their pipelines and maintain a positive relationship with customers.
- Prioritize and organize your workload to achieve the best outcome.
- Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues and progress mortgage applications.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with people over the phone, via email, and in writing.
- Confidence in dealing with issues as they arise, finding solutions, and progressing mortgage applications to completion.
- Ability to work at pace, reviewing data, and ensuring information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build relationships quickly.
- Drive and motivation to manage your own workload and meet deadlines.
