Mortgage Administrator Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Administrator to join our Sales Progression Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for progressing mortgage applications through to completion, ensuring timely and accurate communication with solicitors, lenders, Mortgage Consultants, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively progress individual cases from mortgage application through to completion
- Work collaboratively with the Sales Progression Team to support Mortgage Consultants' pipelines
- Maintain positive relationships with customers and Mortgage Consultants
- Prioritize and organize workload to ensure optimal outcomes
- Resolve issues and problems to move purchases and re-mortgages forward
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with people over the phone, via email, and in writing
- Confidence in dealing with issues as they arise, finding solutions, and progressing mortgage applications to completion
- Ability to work at pace, reviewing data, and ensuring information is up-to-date and accurate
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build relationships quickly
- Drive and motivation to manage workload and meet deadlines
