As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing financial expertise and support to our clients, helping them to achieve their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Produce monthly management and service accounts, as well as other reports, within agreed timescales, identifying areas for improvement and investigating variances from budget.
* Improve the impact and understanding of financial reporting on business performance, providing analysis and delivering insights that assist managers in understanding services that are not recovering full costs.
* Provide effective commercial feedback, initiating change, to ensure key operational, commercial, and financial budgets are delivered.
* Build partnerships and maintain strong relationships with senior managers and their teams.
* Support the production of the annual budget and monthly forecast exercise, working closely with finance colleagues and managers across the organization.

Requirements:

* Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA)
* Experience within a similar role
* Strong Business Partnering skills
* Good Excel skills, including Lookups, Pivot Tables, and Logical functions
