About the Role

This is a remarkable opportunity to join a well-established organization in the retail project execution sector. The company operates across Europe, leveraging a diverse and international team. They are known for their rapid service delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and cost efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess a background in retail project execution and be open to frequent travel, including overnight stays away from home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture professional relationships with stakeholders
  • Oversee projects from initiation through to completion and assessment
  • Ensure team adherence to project specifications
  • Provide updates and reports during weekly client meetings
  • Plan and allocate resources, including materials, labor, and subcontractors
  • Collaborate with the Site Safety Officer to uphold safety standards
  • Engage with clients on the development and execution of KPIs
  • Manage and uphold all health and safety regulations

Candidate Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in Project Management
  • Familiarity with retail project execution
  • Self-driven, approachable, and goal-oriented
  • Willingness to travel and occasionally stay away from home
  • Ability to work night shifts as required
