About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Positive Behaviour Support Worker to join our team at Home Group. As a Positive Behaviour Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred and strengths-based support to our customers, helping them to reach their full potential and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualised support to customers with complex needs, including autism and learning disabilities.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and clinical teams to develop and implement person-centred support plans.
  • Monitor and promote the mental and physical health of customers, identifying any signs of deterioration and taking positive risk management to ensure their wellbeing.
  • Support customers to participate in their favourite activities and try new things through positive risk taking.
  • Work with colleagues to provide a consistent approach when customers are finding things difficult, and find creative ways to help them participate in daily living activities to increase their independence.
