Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Lead to join our team at Hudl, a leading sports technology company. This role will be responsible for leading Engineers across several Agile squads as they deliver key products used by elite sports teams.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and passion for quality assurance to drive excellence in our products. As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Engineers in improving quality and velocity across multiple Agile squads
  • Develop and implement quality best practices, leveraging industry-recognised principles and methodologies
  • Mentor and coach team members to level up their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with Developers and QA teams to shift testing left and improve overall quality
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
  • In-depth knowledge of testing desktop and web applications, including automation and its industry-recognised principles
  • Experience leading others, mentoring, and coaching
  • Strong customer focus and ability to adapt testing approach to user workflows
