Job Description

We're seeking a Director of Environmental Affairs to join our team in Manchester. As a key member of our Infrastructure team, you will lead the coordination and delivery of environmental work on multi-disciplinary projects, develop new business areas, and mentor colleagues.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a leadership role and make a significant impact on our team's success. You will work collaboratively with technical specialists, lead and coordinate environmental assessments, develop new business areas, and mentor colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing environmental strategies and plans.
  • Leading the coordination and delivery of environmental work on multiple projects.
  • Mentoring and coaching junior staff members.
  • Representing the company at client meetings and presentations.
Requirements
  • Degree or Masters in an environmental or science subject.
  • 10+ years of experience in environmental coordination and management.
  • Proven track record of delivering environmental projects.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
