**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Affairs Strategist to join our team at SP Global Consulting Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations across multiple geographies while driving innovation in product development.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in product development or technical management, preferably in cosmetics, biocides, and/or pesticides. Familiarity with international Regulatory Affairs is a plus.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and scale-up formulations and packaging in alignment with business needs.
  • Identify and address product gaps through collaboration with cross-functional teams on new product requirements.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance by supporting the Product Development Director with compliance assurance to the Executive Leadership Team.
  • Oversee change projects related to consumables and ensure effective project management processes are followed.
  • Work closely with the Science and Regulatory teams to maintain alignment on product development activities.
  • Ensure safety regulation compliance through effective product traceability processes.
  • Maintain relationships with eco-accreditation bodies, such as EU Ecolabel and Nordic Swan.
  • Foster technical relationships with customers and suppliers.

**Requirements:**

  • Significant experience in product development or technical management.
  • Familiarity with international Regulatory Affairs is a plus.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and developing technical teams.
  • Ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and regions, with a willingness to travel frequently.

Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
