- Develop and scale-up formulations and packaging in alignment with business objectives.
- Identify and address product gaps through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure regulatory compliance by supporting the Product Development Director with assurance to the Executive Leadership Team.
- Oversee change projects related to consumables and ensure effective project management processes.
- Maintain alignment with the Science and Regulatory teams on product development activities.
- Ensure safety regulation compliance through effective product traceability processes.
- Maintain relationships with eco-accreditation bodies such as EU Ecolabel and Nordic Swan.
- Foster technical relationships with customers and suppliers.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in product development or technical management, preferably in cosmetics, biocides, and/or pesticides. Familiarity with international Regulatory Affairs is a plus. Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and developing technical teams are essential.
Estimated salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum. We offer a competitive package, including benefits and opportunities for growth.
