About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to join our team as an Associate Director, leading environmental impact assessments for large-scale infrastructure development projects. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with technical experts to prepare high-quality EIA reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.

You will be responsible for managing resources, delegating activities, monitoring and managing project budgets, and working collaboratively with integrated design teams to identify environmental constraints, avoid impacts, and develop solutions in accordance with the mitigation hierarchy. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and technical specialists.

We offer a competitive salary of $140,000 - $170,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
