About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Marine Environmental Director to lead our marine consultancy team and manage high-profile projects in the UK. With a strong background in environmental impact assessments and a deep understanding of marine consenting and licensing regimes, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multidisciplinary environmental inputs across marine projects
  • Manage project teams to deliver high-quality EIA screening and scoping reports
  • Ensure quality management procedures are followed and client relationships are managed effectively
  • Develop skills in leading business development opportunities and mentoring staff
  • A detailed understanding of marine consenting and licensing regimes around the UK and Ireland

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, plus benefits and a flexible working environment.
