We are seeking a highly skilled Adult Agency Team Manager to lead a specialized review project. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of professionals to conduct thorough reviews of adult safeguarding cases.
- Developing and implementing effective strategies to improve safeguarding practices.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Providing expert guidance on safeguarding policies and procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in adult safeguarding and team management.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
