We are seeking an experienced and skilled Advanced Practitioner to join our team at The Cumbria County Council. As a key member of our safeguarding team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of children and families in our community.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all contacts made to the safeguarding hub, responding to risk and prioritizing safeguarding and support needs for children.
- Supervise staff, undertake audits, and lead on practice development across the service and with individual staff.
- Work collaboratively with multi-agency teams to make good decisions that keep children safe.
- Evidence creative solutions to meet the diverse needs of children living in rural communities.
- Three years post-qualifying experience as a social worker.
