About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team at Komplex Group, a leading provider of specialist complex care services. As a Care Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with acquired brain injuries, ensuring their daily needs are met and their overall well-being is maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with acquired brain injuries, including assistance with daily living tasks and medication administration.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Work collaboratively with the Operations Manager and Registered Manager to ensure high-quality care is delivered in a client-centered approach.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in complex care.

Requirements:

  • UK driving license essential for this role.
  • Previous experience in care support or a related field, preferably in complex care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts and weekends.
