Job Description

As a Mental Health Practitioner for Early Intervention Services, you will be responsible for providing specialist assessments and interventions to eligible patients within our Early Intervention team. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and support to individuals experiencing their first episode of psychosis and using methamphetamines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing comprehensive assessments of mental health and substance misuse issues specific to the needs of the service area
  • Undertaking holistic assessments and risk assessments to determine service and support needs
  • Liaising with other organisations and professionals to promote communication and good practice

We offer a competitive salary of £44,806-£53,134 per annum pro rata inc. and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
