We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Early Intervention Practitioner to join our psychosis team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a critical role in supporting service users and their families through early intervention and prevention strategies.

About the Team

Our team is committed to delivering high-quality services that meet the needs of individuals experiencing psychosis. We work closely with families, carers, and other agencies to ensure seamless care coordination and effective support.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in mental health, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with others. We offer a competitive salary of £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver early intervention and prevention strategies to service users and their families
  • Contribute to comprehensive assessment and care planning processes
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement service improvements
  • Provide education and training to staff and service users on psychosis and related topics

Salary: £42,000 - £52,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
