Early Intervention and Family Support Manager

Charles Hunter Associates are recruiting a highly skilled Team Manager to join their esteemed Early Intervention and Family Support service in South-East London.
Role OverviewThis key position involves overseeing people management, Early Help casework management, and Children and Family Centre (0-19 hub style) leadership, requiring an exceptional understanding of the ILACS.
Key Responsibilities- Management of a multifaceted team including Family Support and Parenting Practitioners working towards the 'Supporting Families' agenda.
- Leadership of one of the borough's six Children and Family Centres.
A degree in a relevant field such as Education, Social Services, Health, Youth or Community work, or substantial relevant experience is essential.
Compensation PackageThis role offers an estimated salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, featuring benefits like annual leave: 32 days, Lease Car, Pension Scheme, and Relocation Allowance.
