About the Job

This is an excellent opportunity to join our team as a Health Visitor at Homerton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our service, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to children and families in the community.

Main Duties
  • Deliver personalized care to children and families, ensuring effective early intervention and support.
  • Manage vulnerable children by attending multi-disciplinary team meetings and coordinating care plans.
  • Guide health promotion activities and key interventions, such as integrated development reviews using ASQ and ELIM questionnaires.
Person Specification
  • A qualified Health Visitor with entry onto 3rd part of NMC registration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A broad range of clinical experience, with a strong understanding of current developments in Health Visiting and the NHS.
