Role Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Recovery Pathway Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in providing comprehensive proactive mental health early intervention and prevention for adults.

The successful applicant will deliver recovery-focused support to build resilience and achieve positive outcomes through community interventions. They will work closely with Islington Council to promote the council's strategy focusing on building capacity and relationships, reducing the need for crisis or statutory services.

About the Team:

You will be part of a dedicated team committed to improving mental health outcomes for adults in Islington. Our team works closely with local communities and stakeholders to promote positive outcomes and reduce the need for crisis or statutory services.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver mental health early intervention and prevention programs
  • Develop and implement effective community interventions
  • Build strong relationships with community groups and stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with Islington Council to promote their strategy

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of mental health issues, and experience working with diverse communities. A salary of £42,000 - £52,000 per annum reflects the importance of this position.
