**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Family Support Educator to join our team at the Early Years Alliance in Camden. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting children's development and wellbeing through engaging stay and learn sessions.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about early years care and education. You will work closely with our partners at the London Borough of Camden to deliver high-quality sessions that meet the needs of children and their families.

As a Flexible Family Support Educator, you will have the flexibility to choose your own hours and work when it suits you best. This is a great opportunity for those who value work-life balance.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include 28 days' annual leave, employer pension contribution, and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support the planning and delivery of engaging stay and learn sessions
  • Evaluate session effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
  • Work closely with parents and carers to support children's development

**Requirements:**

  • NVQ 3 Early Years Care and Education or equivalent qualification
  • Proven communication skills and ability to work effectively with professionals and families
  • Knowledge of early years principles and the EYFS
