Retail Partnerships Manager

Rewardinsight seeks an experienced Retail Partnerships Manager to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, delivering strategic campaigns, and providing data insights.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with household brands and deliver a tailored product offering.
- Manage the onboarding process for new clients ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation.
- Strategic Planning and Growth
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve client objectives and drive business growth.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to existing clients.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Monitor and analyze account performance providing regular reports on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Contract Management
- Manage contract renewals and negotiations ensuring all terms are met and clients are informed of any changes.
The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Rewardinsight offers a comprehensive benefits package including annual leave, pension scheme, and private healthcare.
