Job Title

Reward Gateway is seeking a Strategic Retail Partnerships Manager to join our team in London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate market-leading discounts and promotions with gift card retail partners.
  • Maximise engagement through our employee discounts platform and Reward Marketplace.
  • Protect and grow profitability by securing improved commercial terms and collaborating with retail partners.
  • Design and manage strategic marketing plans to drive sales volume and increase engagement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience owning commercial targets and KPIs to deliver ambitious growth targets.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Demonstrated experience interpreting sales and performance data to build value with partners.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £50,000 per year. We offer a range of benefits, including flexible working, wellbeing allowance, and employee discounts across 1200+ retail brands.
