Job Summary:

Adecco is seeking an exceptional Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in the Utilities sector. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide crucial administrative support to our clients and our team, ensuring the effective and timely management of utilities services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties to manage tenant changes through to completion.
  • Ensure accuracy of liability invoices and pass them to finance for processing and payment.
  • Manage 3rd party customer portals.
  • Assist in resolving customer and supplier queries.
  • Handle incoming post, emails, and phone calls, and manage general correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently within tight timescales.
  • Attention to detail is critical, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, while building strong relationships across internal departments.
  • Strong customer service instincts and a proactive and results-driven attitude.
  • Computer literate in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
