Job Title: SAP Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized SAP Administrator to join our team. As the first point of contact for incoming calls, you will provide exceptional administrative support and ensure a positive impression of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage goods receipt, booking deliveries, and collecting Certificates of Analysis (CofA) in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Raise invoices for goods issue and invoice customers directly, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Coordinate the arrangement of UK samples, utilizing your excellent communication skills to ensure seamless logistics.
  • Assist with sales order processing for basic UK requirements, as needed, and add new ship-to's in SAP.
  • Generate and process purchase orders, maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Create Amazon deliveries efficiently and accurately, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
  • Perform stock adjustments to maintain accurate inventory records, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
Requirements:
  • Experience with SAP, with a strong understanding of its functionality and capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, providing exceptional support and contributing to a positive work environment.
