Executive Director

We are seeking an experienced Executive Manager to join our team at St. James's Place. As a key member of our Partnership Director's Office, you will play a critical role in managing and coordinating our output to align with corporate and field objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Management and Coordination: Oversee the smooth operation of the Partnership Director's schedule and ensure the timely completion of ad hoc tasks.
- Governance Support: Assist in the design, creation, and ongoing activity surrounding governance of the field, including the clear delegation of responsibilities from the Plc Board to the Field Management Team.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain oversight and ensure compliance of the Partnership Director's regulatory responsibilities, including their responsibilities under the Senior Managers Regime.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with key stakeholders between the field, Cirencester, and the Partnership Director to facilitate the right information to the right people at the right time.
- Relationship Management: Strong relationship management skills and confidence managing a diverse range of stakeholders or customers, including at a senior level.
- Analysis and Planning: Demonstrable experience of analysing information and utilising this to develop plans and recommendations.
- Adaptability: Experience of working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt, handle multiple tasks, and respond to changing needs.
- Resource Management: Effective resource management skills gained via projects or a matrix management model.
- Pension Scheme: Non-Contributory Pension – 10% (increasing with length of service up to 15%) with further pension matching.
- Parental Leave: 6 months full pay.
- Holiday Entitlement: 28 days holiday entitlement plus bank holidays (based on full-time equivalent) with the option to buy up to an additional 5 days holiday.
