About the Role:

This Sourcing Expert will be responsible for attracting top recruiting talent using multiple sourcing channels and methodologies. They will create talent pools as well as pipelining, maintain data accuracy and integrity of internal ATS systems regarding Candidates data, and suggest process improvements concerning all aspects of the recruitment.
