Job Description

Shoretide People is seeking a skilled professional to lead the sales growth in the EMEA region for our digital assets trading platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business development within the traditional financial system and a strong understanding of the cryptocurrency landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the business development strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats in the De-Fi industry.
  • Establish and manage strategic partnerships with financial institutions, technology providers, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Lead negotiations and closing of high-value deals, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for the company.
  • Build and manage a high-performing business development team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in business development within TradFi, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • A general understanding of the cryptocurrency market, blockchain technology, and digital asset trading as well as a fundamental working knowledge and demonstrable sales success within a Trad-Fi environment.
