About the Role

We are recruiting an experienced Transport Planner to join our regional team in Newcastle, supporting projects across active travel, public realm, bus, rail, and road interventions. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to national-scale projects for local and national government bodies and the private sector.

Our team works closely with clients to support their digital transformation and Net Zero commitments. You will be part of a high-performing team that collaborates with specialists from across the business on flagship regeneration, development, and infrastructure projects.

As a Regional Transport Planning Expert, you will develop transport strategies and plans, work on transport scheme development, and implement multi-modal transport strategies. A salary range of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum reflects your expertise and skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in transport planning, including strategy development and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of transportation modelling and analysis techniques.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders.
