Customer Service Administrator

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a professional and engaging administrator to join our team in Newcastle City Centre. As a Customer Operations Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, logistics, and operational support to our business and customers via phone and email.
Key Responsibilities:- Dealing with correspondence, phone calls, and queries
- Providing customer service to customers and working with the customer service team in China
- Responsible for handling all orders from customers, from order to cash
- Closing relationships with the sales team
- Assisting with managing bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Preparing VAT returns in various Western European countries
- Managing office space and facilities, including contracts with suppliers and insurance companies, health and safety policies, and ordering stationery and furniture
- Providing freight purchasing assistance
- Monitoring staff travels with a travel agent
