About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Live-in Care Worker in Salisbury. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide companionship, personal care, medication reminders, meal preparation, housework, and mobility assistance to our clients. You will also have the opportunity to learn new skills and develop your career with us through our training programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assisting with personal care activities such as washing, dressing, and toileting
  • Managing medication schedules and administering medication as required
  • Preparing healthy meals and snacks for clients
  • Performing household tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and tidying
  • Assisting with mobility and transfers

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Compassionate and empathetic towards clients
  • Ability to learn new skills and adapt to changing situations

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
