About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Account Director to join our team at Assembly. As a Paid Social Account Director, you will be responsible for leading our paid social efforts and driving business growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute paid social strategies that meet and exceed client business objectives
  • Manage key client accounts and provide strategic guidance on paid social campaigns
  • Lead a team of paid social professionals and provide mentorship and support to ensure success
  • Oversee the delivery, optimization, and reporting of paid social campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest paid social trends, technologies, and opportunities
Requirements
  • Strong paid social experience, gained in an agency setting
  • Senior client handling and relationship management experience essential
  • Demonstrable experience of delivering best-in-class paid social campaigns and driving forward the agenda on innovation, testing, and measurement
