About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Account Director to join our team at Assembly Global. As a Paid Social Account Director, you will be responsible for leading our paid social efforts and driving business growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute paid social strategies that drive business results for our clients
  • Lead a team of paid social professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure successful campaign execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate paid social into overall marketing strategies
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest paid social trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our clients receive the best possible service
  • Manage client relationships and ensure exceptional customer service
Requirements
  • Proven experience in paid social marketing, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and their capabilities
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
