Job Title: Paid Social Account Director

About the Role:

This role focuses on delivering best-in-class campaign strategy and activation across Paid Social channels. As a Paid Social Account Director, you will lead the client communication and deliver in expanding the client's Paid Social footprint. Strong Paid Social experience across all major channels is essential to this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Paid Social campaigns across multiple channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Reddit.
  • Manage daily tasks and direct reports to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Audit accounts regularly to improve performance and optimize campaign results.
  • Lead client meetings and presentations to showcase campaign performance and provide in-depth analysis of results.
  • Create media plans and provide spend forecasts to ensure campaign success.
  • Ensure all media is booked and reconciled on time according to the financial process.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in digital media, ideally from an agency side background.
  • Active, hands-on experience activating and planning Paid Social, including DR.
  • Professional digital media/advertising qualifications will be of an advantage.
  • Any digital media experience, such as freelance or personal projects, will also be of interest.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office solutions, particularly Excel.
  • Analytical thinking, mathematical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and writing skills.
