Job Title: Paid Social Account Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Account Director to join our team at Performics UK. As a Paid Social Account Director, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class campaign strategy and activation across Paid Social channels.

Working closely with our Paid Social Business Director, you will lead client communication and expand the client's Paid Social footprint. Strong Paid Social experience across all major channels is essential for this role.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing Paid Social strategies that drive business results
  • Managing daily tasks and leading a team of Paid Social Account Managers and Account Executives
  • Auditing accounts to improve performance and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Leading client meetings and presentations
  • Creating media plans and providing spend forecasts
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in digital media, ideally from an agency side background
  • Active experience activating and planning Paid Social, including DR
  • Professional digital media/advertising qualifications will be an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
